A limited number of full and partial scholarships are offered by Maine State Ballet to qualified students. To qualify for tuition assistance, students must demonstrate financial need and/or a strong commitment to dance and significant level of ability as determined by the Maine State Ballet Artistic Staff.

Students or potential students applying for financial assistance are required to complete a scholarship application form and provide proof of annual family income (copy of the first two pages of the most recent IRS 1040/1040A form, which will be returned).

Scholarship applications are reviewed by the Maine State Ballet Finance Committee and the Artistic Staff in late August prior to the start of the dance school year.
