All choreography is created by Artistic Director and choreographer in residence Linda MacArthur Miele. In addition to the holiday classic Nutcracker, Maine State Ballet's repertoire also includes seven full-length ballets. Ms. Miele has choreographed over 18 ballets to date, making her Maine's premiere choreographer.
In addition to our original repertoire, Maine State Ballet has permission from the
George Balanchine Trust to perform several of George Balanchine's works including selections from The Nutcracker and the ballet Serenade.
