Synopsis:
Set in a toy shop in France, this delightful ballet tells the story of a famous toymaker and features a fast-paced parade of whimsical mechanical dolls, delightful dances and love that endures despite the odds. Two families visiting the toy shop are hoping to please their children with a purchase, but both children want the pair of Can Can dolls. A compromise is made and the dolls are sold separately and pick-up is arranged for the next day. During the night, saddened that the Can Can dolls will be separated, the other dolls devise a plan to keep their friends together – but will it work?
