We strive to provide the best possible experience for our students. However, due to varying enrollment levels, classes may be combined or canceled. Additionally, assigned teachers and scheduled class times are subject to change. We offer a variety of day-of-the-week options for each age group. When classes reach full capacity during the registration period, we often create new classes to meet the demand.​​​​​

MSB welcomes new students from other studios. All new students Grades 4 and Up, please contact us directly at school@mainestateballet.org or 207-781-7672 to register. To expedite the process, please explain the dancer's background including current studio, number of years danced, type of dance experience and what you are looking for here (ballet, tap, jazz), if your dancer is on pointe and how many years, recent dance videos, etc.). We look forward to dancing with you!
Three-Year-Olds: Music and Movement
Must be age 3 by the start of each session to register:
6-Week Sessions: $99, 10-Week Sessions: $169, 12-Week Sessions: $199 – Music and Movement students are not in the Spring Recital.

First Session September 4th through November 20th (12-Week Session)
Second Session January 8th through February 12th (6-Week Session)
Third Session February 26th through May 7th (10-Week Session)
Saturdays 9:50–10:35am or 10:40–11:25am:
First Session September 6th through November 22nd (12-Week Session)
Second Session January 10th through February 14th (6-Week Session)

Four-Year-Olds: First Steps
Must be age 4 by October 15th to register – Classes run the entire school year and students perform in the Spring Recital.
