Volunteers: Maine State Ballet volunteers provide invaluable support in all aspects of production and operations.

Outreach: Maine State Ballet has engaged in partnerships with Friends of the Kotzschmar Organ, Portland Symphony Orchestra, Opera Maine, Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth and Portland Public Libraries as well as area Public Schools, offering free access to video performances and free or discounted tickets to our educational performances. We have supported the Good Shepherd Food Bank and continue to partner with the Anna Astvatsaturian Foundation to bring dance supplies to the Artsakh Ballet College in Armenia.

Operations: The school operates year round with an annual student body of over 400 students. The performing company offers 40+ in theater performances annually with an average yearly attendance of 10,000 patrons.
